About Wild Redhead Confections:
I took a class, back in the early 90's, making chocolate covered cherries.
I've made them as family gifts for years. Then I was given a truffle recipe. These truffle aren't the traditional truffles you buy in candy stores. These are creamier by far. My chocolates are hand made in single batches with love. I use gluten free products and the freshest quality ingredients. In 2014 I was handing out boxes of truffles to new friends and was pushed to look into Craft Fairs. After my first Fair at the Chimacum High School in Washington State, where a percentage of the proceeds went back to the kids, I was hooked. |
From my home made with love caramels
down to the very last espresso bean, you can be assured you are going to have a wonderful, melt in your mouth experience with every bite no matter which flavor you choose. |
